Our Food

We’re a restaurant in Bushwick, Brooklyn. We grow vegetables on our farm, buy meat from local farmers, forage wild mushrooms and love food.¬† Brian Clarke, formally from Dovetail and Narcissa¬†is Chef.

    This is honestly one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. There is a real sense of ‘love’ served in every dish. Totally unpretentious and fully substantial while appreciating subtle nuances and details!

    I arrived inside the restaurant at 2:30 on the nose and this rude guy came out from the back and said they are closed already for lunch, so I said o.k. and walked out but I looked at the menu posted on the front door and it read open until 2L30 for lunch, HELLO??? I was there at 2:30 on the nose, so I walked back inside and told the same rude guy that it is nowq 2:31 and I was in here a minute ago at 2:30 and he said they already broke down the line from lunch, WHAT??? I am flabbergasted at the rude treatment!

      Sorry to hear about your experience. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I take all complaints about Northeast Kingdom seriously and will speak with the lunch staff about this. I hope you will come back and give us another chance – I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

    I live in the neighborhood and I love this place. Everyone is super friendly and I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is wonderful and its really like having someone personally cook for you. The food is great! I normally sit at the bar and I love it! Thanks for everything your doing!

    I have been here twice and had an amazing experience and a terrible one today I got the pasts sadly because the waitresses encouraged that it would come out gay with my boyfriends dish it was terrible it tasted like straight up flour it was so bad I was so disappointed my boyfriend didn’t get the experience I had the first time the wad no steak tartar there was no radish salad she discouraged me from getting the duck
